Free Will and Freedom of Choice
When God created us, He created us with a free will - the freedom of choice. Genesis 2:15-17 clearly illustrates this point. God prohibited Adam and Eve to eat fruit from the tree of knowledge. Interestingly, He did not keep them away from it, it was accessible to them. God trusted that Adam and Eve would make the right choice and obey his command.
We all know what happened. Adam and Eve chose to disobey God and ate the fruit from the tree of knowledge. Even though people have made very terrible choices throughout history, God still allows us to make our own choices today.
When we make the wrong choices it causes emotional and spiritual pain to us and others, but it helps us to grow spiritually and equips us to make better choices in the future. As we learn to live with the mistakes we have made in the past, we also learn to live more responsibly.
Use your God given free will wisely. Use to grow spriritually, to serve others and God.

God created Men and women as equals
God created both men and women in His image to be His representatives on earth. Not men or women were created less in the image of God. Both are equal and equally important.
Both men and women have the responsibility to to live and act like God would have done and therefore we are His representatives. Together they are described as the crown of God’s creation. The Bible does not make one superior to the other. (Genesis 1:27, 2:18-23)
The Bible does give different roles to men and women, but they are equal in status. Men are to lead their families like Christ leads the church. The role of men is therefore to serve (like Christ), not to dominate. True equality between a man and woman in marriage compliments each other and leads to true unity.
